You probably all recognize this little guy by now, I think this is his 5th time on my blog. I can’t help it, he is so cute!
I love the picture on the right, Kelton spent much of the shoot using the pumpkin as a teething toy. By the end, his little cheeks were all red:)

The days around here have been cloudy and rainy for the most part the last couple of weeks, so when we finally got a sunny day, I jumped at the chance to take Elias out for a mini session (and I do mean a mini session, he doesn’t have much time for pictures:)). So many of these shots are “just him”, he is in mid sentence in many of them; he talks all of the time, so it is fitting:) Well, anyway, I could go on and on about him, but I will just get to the pictures!
This is the time of year when families start thinking about getting the perfect shots to send out on Christmas cards, so I have had lots of family sessions and have several more this week. This adorable family lives behind us and we have become close friends; it was a joy to do this session!

I loved the chance to meet up with this family! When we first moved to Thief River Falls April was one of the first OTs I had the chance to work with. I get to see her girls in the halls at school and it has been fun to watch them grow up! When I arrived at their home for the session, the girls had tons of places already picked out for pictures:)
Nick was so much fun to photograph; he was so laid back and easy going! He and his mom came to the session with many ideas for the types of pictures he wanted to come away with. I had a really hard time narrowing down the pictures for this post.
What is with this cool September weather? I love fall, but am afraid it is going to be a quick one! Odin and his mom met me for our session on a brisk morning. We had to stop to warm up twice, but he was a trooper!

I had a great time meeting this family in Greenbush last week. They had such a beautiful yard and their kids were so much fun! I have to say, meeting all of the neat children and families has been one of my favorite parts of my photography venture!
I meet up with Anika while I was in Williston last weekend for some three year old shots. While I was driving to meet up with a friend for lunch, I spotted this little white fence and thought it would be perfect! I love how these turned out. I hope you love them too:)
Oh how I love a serious face!
I would love to snuggle and photograph a newborn every single day! We had planned to some indoor and outdoor photos. The weather didn’t cooperate for the outdoor shots, but Blake was a dream for all of the indoor shots! He slept through most of his session. Thank you Megan and Eddie for having me into your home to photograph your sweet baby boy! I had a really hard time narrowing down the shots for this post…he is so sweet, I can’t even get over it!

What a beautiful family!
I met up with this family earlier this week. Augusta used to teach at the school I work at, so it was fun to see her again! It was a gloomy evening and we barely were able to get all the shots in before it started down pouring, but we still had a great time.
