Here he is again….one of my favorite babies is turning one next week. In honor of his upcoming birthday we had to do a cake smash session! Kelton loved this….the whole time he was saying “YUM YUM YUM YUM!”.

OK, I know you have heard this before, but isn’t he just the CUTEST! Henry and his mom were in town visiting Grandma and Grandpa and set up a session for Henry’s one year photos while they were here! I had such a fun time with this shoot! Who wouldn’t want to spend a little time photographing a handsome, happy one year old in a suit:)

I had the chance to meet up with this beautiful family while we were back in Williston visiting family a week ago. We lucked out with a perfect fall evening and got lots of great shots. I hope you enjoy the photos!
Last weekend, my family and I traveled to Bismarck, ND to meet up with an amazing photographer and her family. Megan and I met though a mutual friend on face book a little over a year ago. Over the past year, she has helped me grow as a photographer and we have become friends. We have had the opportunity to meet up a few times and it is always fun! Her friendship and willingness to help me develop my photography skills have been such a blessing to me.
Megan and her husband have the most adorable family, so I jumped at the chance to do a session for them! Megan also did a family session for us and I know I will love every single image!

What is with this cool September weather? I love fall, but am afraid it is going to be a quick one! Odin and his mom met me for our session on a brisk morning. We had to stop to warm up twice, but he was a trooper!

We had the worst luck with weather while scheduling this photo session. I think this is the third time we attempted photos, but it was worth it… these girls are so sweet!
Addy turned 3 in May. I just adore her round sweet face and I love her hair! This picture was taken between rain storms:)

These darling little guys belong to a friend of mine from high school. While she and her family traveled from California to North Dakota for a family wedding, we were able to meet up and squeeze in a photo session. We didn’t have the nicest of mornings, but the boys were troopers and we ended up with some great shots! I enjoyed spending a little time with these guys; they certainly are special:) Ok, lets see if I can tell you who is in these pictures; I have already apologized if I get this wrong!
